Meet Andrew Iredale, our new Sunday Chef!

Launching his new menu on the 15th of February.

Andrew ran his own restaurant, Seasons, in Leamington Spa for 15 years and has cooked in some of the most respected kitchens in Warwickshire and beyond.

Including the Warwick Arms Hotel, London Bridge Hotel, Covent Garden Hotel, The Balmoral in Edinburgh, The Warwickshire Golf & Country Club, Bar + Block, as well as the Newbold Comyn Arms.

A fully qualified chef, trained @Stratford Catering College, Andrew has trained chefs who’ve gone on to work in Michelin-starred kitchens.

In short…he knows his onions.

Andrew’s joined The Craftsman to help us to take the food side of things up a notch, as we look to add the word ‘gastro’ to what we do.

It’s the first ever one, and hopefully a fixture every year from now on.
