At The Craftsman, everything behind our bar is chosen with the same care and curiosity that goes into our coffee and our food. We work with independent producers, small-batch distillers and passionate local suppliers who share our love of craft, quality, and authenticity.

This isn’t about mass-market brands — it’s about character, provenance, and good taste.

Craft Beer (of course!)

Our 16 rotating taps are a celebration of the best beer around — from fresh local brews to standout national and international finds. The lineup changes constantly, so there’s always something new to discover: hoppy IPAs, silky stouts, crisp lagers, juicy sours, or even the odd experimental small-batch release. If it’s made with passion, it belongs here.

And let’s not forget to mention our Bottle Shop – featuring dozens of cans and bottles from top craft breweries in the UK and all over the world. Drink straight from the fridge, or take away. Gift boxes also available.

Cocktails

Our cocktail list is where classic craftsmanship meets a modern twist. Think small-batch spirits, syrups, and fresh ingredients from local producers — shaken, stirred and served with a touch of flair. From timeless favourites like the Negroni and Espresso Martini to bright, fruity spritzes and seasonal specials, our cocktails are designed to showcase flavour, balance and creativity — never shortcuts.

Wines

We partner exclusively with our independent wine supplier based in Lichfield. Their wines are carefully chosen for their quality, personality and value — not for supermarket shelves. Explore crisp NZ Sauvignon Blancs, bright Viogniers, easy-drinking Rosés and big bold Reds, all from vineyards that tell a story. Every bottle has a face, a place, and a reason to be here. NOT your standard fare!

Fizz

Because some moments just deserve bubbles.
Our Prosecco and Champagne selection brings sparkle to any occasion — whether you’re toasting to something special or just celebrating the everyday.

Spirits

We keep our back bar honest and interesting — featuring independent (and local where possible) distillers, craft gins, small-batch whiskies, premium rums and artisanal liqueurs. Whether you want the perfect gin and tonic, a whisky neat, or a bartender’s recommendation for something new, we’ll pour it with care.

Low & No

Good taste doesn’t have to come with alcohol. We’ve got plenty of low- and no-alcohol beers, artisan sodas, iced teas, and of course, our signature coffees and bagged loose-leaf teas. Ideal for drivers, early risers or anyone who just wants to enjoy the moment, minus the ABV.

The Atmosphere
